The “No Hug” Rule

Is if he had a calling

He headed down the interstate

Driving at full speed

He pulled up to the curb

where he wants to use the room

And went through the open door

Of his mothers home

She was sitting at the table

With the drawing in the frame

Memories from the past

That brought both joy and pain
