September 5

Report of a found syringe — Officer collected the item and disposed of it.

Report of property damage — Officer received a report of a window on a vehicle that had been damaged. During the officers investigation it was determined that several juveniles in the area were shooting BB guns and accidently shot the window on the vehicle. The parents of the juveniles were contacted and a report was completed.

Report of a theft — Reporting party stated that an individual stole a picture from a local casino. Officer reported that several suspects have been identified and the investigation continues.

Report of a dog at large — The dog was captured and returned to its owner.

Report of a theft — Reporting party stated that someone had stolen several gas cans off his trailer. A report was completed.

Report of lost and found — Reporting party located a debit card. Officers are attempting to locate the owner.

Report of lost and found — Reporting party located several keys. The keys were returned to the owner.

Report of a stolen vehicle — Reporting party stated that she had left her keys at her place of work and during her work hours someone took her keys and stole her vehicle. Officer reported that during his investigation, the vehicle was located and Malorie K. Davis, 30, of Nevada was arrested for burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime, and grand larceny of a motor vehicle. Officers believe that another individual was also involved in the theft who they are attempting to locate. Investigation continues.

Report of a fight — Officer received a report of a fight that had been witnessed by an individual. Officer patrolled the area, but the suspects involved were not located.

Report of a problem with a subject — Officer received a report of an individual who was causing a disturbance by yelling. Officer contacted the individual and advised him to keep the peace.

Report of lost and found — Officer collected a bicycle that had been abandoned. The bike was placed into lost and found.

Report of a problem with a subject — Officer contacted the reporting party who was having trouble dealing with reality. The incident was documented.

Report of a domestic disturbance — Officer contacted the parties involved who had engaged in an altercation. Neither party was forthcoming with information. The incident was documented.

SEPTEMBER 6

Report of a problem with a subject — Officer received a report of an individual having a problem with his neighbor. Officers are attempting to locate the neighbor to speak to her about the ongoing problem.

Report of a problem with a subject — Officer received a report of two individual who had caused a problem at a local casino. Officer contacted the individuals and trespassed them from the property.

Report of a private property accident — Bruce Ungari was operating a vehicle towing a trailer. As he was exiting a parked position, he struck a vehicle being operated by Radek Zubretovsky. Officer reported that both vehicles and the trailer obtained damage due to the accident. An accident report was completed.

Report of a public nuisance — Officer received a report of an individual who allowed a large amount of dog feces to pile up in her yard. The individual was contacted and advised to clean up the yard.

Report of a problem with a subject — Reporting party stated that he purchased a prepaid card and when he went to use it, there was no money on the card. Officer contacted the seller of the card and the situation should be resolved.

Report of a welfare check — The individual was contacted and was fine.

Report of a missing person — Officer received a report of an overdue hiker at Great Basin National Park. The report was forwarded to the Park Service.

Report of a citizen assist — Reporting party stated that her granddaughter had locked herself in their vehicle. Officer reported that a citizen was able to retrieve the keys and unlock the door to the car.

Report of a suspicious vehicle — Officer contacted the occupants of the vehicle and reported that no crime had occurred.

Report of a fraud — Reporting party stated that someone had gained access to her checking account and made several purchases on her account. The report was documented and the reporting party was advised to contact her banking establishment.

Report of a sexual assault —  Reporting party stated that she had received information about a minor having a sexual relationship with an adult. Investigation continues.

Report of an abandoned vehicle — Officer located the vehicle and will follow up with the owner for removal.

Report of a problem with a subject — Reporting party stated that an individual was complaining to her about a situation that was taking place at a local apartment building. The individual started yelling at the reporting party. The individual was contacted and advised to keep the peace.

Report of a reckless driver — Officer contacted the operator of the vehicle and advised him of the complaint.

Report of a public nuisance — Officer received a report of a vehicle dumping debris in the roadway. A worker for the company was contacted who advised they would clean up the mess.

Report of found medication —Officer located the owner of the medication and returned it to him.

Report of a domestic disturbance — Officer contacted the parties involved who had been involved in a verbal argument. The parties involved agreed to separate for the night.

Report of a scam — Reporting party stated that he had received a phone call from an individual claiming to be from the IRS. The caller demanded payment on past due taxes. The reporting party was advised it was a scam and to discontinue any contact with the caller.

Report of a theft — Reporting party stated that his wife stole several items from their home. He was advised it was a civil problem due to they are married.

Report of a civil problem — Officer received a report of an individual trespassing on another person’s property. Officer contacted the parties involved and advised it was a civil problem due to a property dispute.

Report of a welfare check — Officer contacted the children and reported that they were fine.

Report of an abandoned vehicle —  Officer located the vehicle and tagged it for removal.

Report of a hit and run — Reporting party stated that her vehicle had been struck by another vehicle. The striking vehicle had fled the scene. The incident was documented.

Report of a bad check — Reporting party stated that her place of employment had received a check written for payment of services. Reporting party stated that the check had been returned to the business from the bank indicating the check had been written on a closed account. Investigation into the incident continues.

Report of threats — Reporting party stated that an individual had left a threatening message on his voice mail. The reporting party wanted the incident documented. A report was completed.

Report of a threat — Reporting party stated that as an individual was passing her in a public place, the individual stated a threat towards her. The Reporting party wanted it documented. A report was competed.

Report of an arrest — Officer reported that during a traffic stop, several individuals were arrested. Officer identified them as Torie Cowley, 23 of Boise, Idaho, arrested for head lights required, license plate light required, possession of marijuana, transporting a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia; Edward Roberts, 23 of Idaho, Henry Williams, 23 of Menan, Idaho and Jose Murguia, 30 of Centerpoint, Ore. were arrested for possession of marijuana, transporting a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Report of a juvenile problem —  Officer received a report of a juvenile who was yelling in a public place and causing a disturbance. The juvenile was contacted and advised to keep the peace.

Report of an arrest — Officer reported that Marcos A. Soto Jr., 36, of Cottonwood, Ariz. was arrested for one way highway, no valid driver’s license, no insurance, and D.U.I.

Report of a problem with a subject —  Reporting party stated that an individual came to her place of work and yelled at her causing a disturbance. The reporting party stated that the individual also battered her. The reporting party wanted the individual contacted and advised to stay away from her. Officer contacted the individual and advised her.

Report of a problem with a subject — Officer contacted the individuals involved who were cleaning a residence and disagreeing on items that needed to be thrown away. The parties involved agreed to work with each other better.

Report of a juvenile problems — Officer reported that a juvenile was arrested on a warrant. The juvenile was transported to the Elko detention center.

Report of a dead deer in  the roadway — The deer was removed.

Report of a dog problem — Reporting party stated that while she was walking her horse, several dogs exited a residence spooking her horse. Officer contacted the owner of the dogs and advised her of the complaint.

Report of a dog at large — Officer contacted the owner of the dog and advised her of the complaint. She was advised to keep her dog contained.

Report of a child custody problem — Reporting party stated that the mother of his child was refusing to allow him visitations with the child. Officer reported that the reporting parties’ visitation was for next week. The incident was documented.
