My sympathy to Fanny’s family. I remember her fondly as the voice of Mt.Wheeler Power’s emergency call line. But this soft-spoken lady was so much more – intelligent, caring, educated, sharing, steadfast, and never sought personal accolades,

  2. Gene Elliott says:

Fannie Hexem was a wonderful person. She and her husband Art often worked two jobs each to help the family. Fannie took care of her elderly husband while he was slowly dying and also stepped up to the plate when her daughter-in-law died young and, with her son Karl, helped raise her two grandchildren. Fannie was an interesting conversationalist and had many opinions on the state of things in our society. My condolences to her family. She will be missed.
